This article mainly focuses on the women based in the Middle East countries who are engaged in labour activities. Despite an existing law, it is evident that most women are harassed, abused and not paid properly. In order to prevent some of these issues, the migration policy has brought forward several strategies like prohibiting the migration of women with children below five years, setting a minimum age criteria for employment and many other aspects. The article therefore, highlights some of these strategies and ideas for the betterment of female labour migration.
