The Open Forum on poverty is a series of events hosted by the Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) with the objective of providing a platform for professionals to enter into discussions, exchange ideas on research/expertise and also to create a space for dissemination of knowledge on issues linked to poverty. The 29th Open Forum focused on the findings of a study conducted by Dr. Suresh de Mel and Prof. Christopher Woodruff. The presentation was entitled ‘Returns to Capital in Micro enterprises: Evidence from a Field Experiment.’ The proceedings of the forum are presented in this volume.
